A leading manufacturing company , leader in FMCG and Pharmaceutical domain is looking for a Head Marketing Category Analytics and Insights for their Global Capability Centre in India. The role could be based in Baroda. The role has flexibility of working in Gujarat in another city.
We are looking for candidates with 10-15 years experience in leading Category Analytics in FMCG/OTC companies especially in the Global Capability Centers/ Global Business Services Centers of US MNCs.
The role will drive the agenda of :
- Analytics and Insights: Utilize advanced data analytics tools and techniques to drive sales fundamentals, analyze sales & marketing performance, market trends, and consumer/shopper behaviors. Generate actionable insights to drive sales growth and customer performance, optimize space management, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance decision-making processes.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate existing processes across customer development, go to market, marketing insights and marketing excellence teams; identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive sales effectiveness. Continuously monitor and refine processes to adapt to changing market dynamics and support business requirements.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and implement sales enablement programs, tools, and resources to empower the sales team with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Enhanced strategy development through Brand Tracking, Social Listening tools
- Lea d cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data analytics solutions for Commercial Reporting
- Market Mix Modeling for Media Optimization in USA
This role would mean relocation to Gujarat, India.
