Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Lead a team to provide timely and accurate data analysis and reporting to support decision-making across the organization
- Work closely with senior leadership to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track and monitor KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and ensure data quality and integrity
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics to drive continuous improvement
- Manage the department budget and resources effectively to meet business objectives
- Setup and monitor ETL
- Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Analytics and business intelligence domain
- Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
- Strong team management skills
- Advance knowledge of programming languages like SQL and Python
- Experience in ETL framework
- Knowledge of data visualisation software like Tableau, Qlik, Zoho analytics, power bi etc
- Problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good verbal and Written communication skills
