The client company is seeking a Director of Business Excellence who will lead and oversee the e-Surveillance business, setting the strategic direction, and driving overall excellence. The responsible executive will conceptualize, ideate, and spearhead the development of AI-based software to deliver cutting-edge solutions. They will manage the P&L for the business, ensuring financial objectives are met and optimizing revenue streams. Collaboration with customers to build strong partnerships to comprehend their specific business needs and objectives will be a key aspect of the role.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Strategic Direction:

• Lead and oversee the e-Surveillance business, setting the strategic direction, and driving overall excellence.
• Conceptualize, ideate, and spearhead the development of AI-based software to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

1. Financial Management:

• Manage the P&L for the business, ensuring financial objectives are met and optimizing revenue streams.

• Take charge of the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of highly skilled candidates to support business objectives.
