About the Role:
We are seeking an intrapreneurial Director BFSI Practice to establish and scale our BFSI division in India. This leadership role is based in Mumbai and offers the opportunity to build the practice from the ground up. The focus is on driving P&L, acquiring new clients, ensuring successful delivery, and building a high-performing team across PAN India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a robust strategy for building the BFSI practice from scratch.
- P&L Ownership: Drive profitability, manage budgets, and achieve financial targets for the vertical.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, acquire, and nurture client relationships within the BFSI industry.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a dynamic team of search consultants focused on delivering exceptional results.
- Delivery Excellence: Oversee project execution to ensure timely and quality delivery for all client mandates.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on BFSI trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Business Development: Scale up the practice by leveraging networks and identifying growth opportunities across PAN India.
What We're Looking For:
- A self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to thrive in a startup environment.
- Relevant Experience: 8-15 years of experience in executive search, with a strong focus on the BFSI industry and demonstrated P&L management experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the banking and financial services sector, with a strong network in the industry.
- Dynamic Personality: Exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a knack for team building.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading and scaling teams in a high-growth environment.
