Responsibilities:
Responsible for revenue growth from both agency business and strategic partnerships, Oversee P&L
and financial health of the account
Own and execute the BD strategy - Crafting and driving the BD strategy for phones, laptops, smart TVs,
large appliances to unlock more business from new and existing clients.
Planning regular sales meeting with key clients - Leading sales meetings, follow-ups including material
preparation
Campaign plans, pricing & negotiation - Manage a high volume of engagements in a fast-paced
environment
Ensuring client delight - Oversee campaign delivery to ensure client satisfaction, both in execution as
well as reporting and review
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients - Maintain a relationship-building plan
with key partners for sustained business and industry resonance
Market intel & sales planning - Keeping track of upcoming launches, sales opportunities and planning
outreach to relevant clients
Skills required:
Must have 12+ years of experience in ad / media sales in the digital space with a clear understanding of
digital marketing
Must possess a strong understanding of the gadget industry
Must have business development and client servicing experience
Should have familiarity with leading agencies and how they operate
A proven record of achieving business and individual goals
Strong executor who is proactive and anticipates evolving business needs.
