We are Hiring for the position of
Direct Sales Executive- SME LoanPosition Title: Direct Sales Executive, Credit Program Small (SME loans)

Direct Sales Executive would be responsible for achieving Sales Target from designated Channel, Branch, Digital Etc.

Responsible for sourcing of quality NTB leads for the bank.
Responsible for NTB logins per month for loans (Secured OD/Term Loan, Unsecured loans)
Responsible for completion of loan documentation from the customers. Ensuring that all required documentation for loan application is complete and accurate, preventing errors that can lead to delay or compliance issues.
Responsible for resolving any documentation query post login from the customer.
Compliance Adherence Ensuring that customers are pitched products as per the bank's policy.
- Job Duties & responsibilities

Identify potential customers who may require Business Loans and actively reaching out to them to generate leads. (Companies with Turnover up to INR 25 Crs)
Have a fundamental understanding of bank's business loan products and be able to explain features and benefits to customers.
Ensure minimum x number of sales call every day as per the bank requirement.
Meeting or exceeding Sales target set by the bank by successfully closing loan deals.
Ensuring that all required documentation for loan application is complete, accurate and assisting customers in completing the necessary paperwork.
Adhering to all relevant Bank regulations and policies, ensuring that loan applications and processes follow these regulations.
Following up with customers throughout the loan approval process and addressing any concerns or questions customers may have.
Supporting in post approval documentation wherever required.
Graduate with overall 2- 5 years of work experience in Sales Domain. (Business Loan / LAP Background preferred)
Strong Interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in Flexible and Target oriented environment.
Local market knowledge and competitors
Knowledge of competitors and marketplace
Education / Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Equivalent
Sales and Persuasion: The ability to effectively communicate, persuade and influence potential customers to consider and purchase bank loan products.
Knowledge around Business Loan/LAP preferred
