Designation: Operating Engineer

Qualification: Diploma In Mechanical/Electrical Engineer (Fresher or 1-2 years experience in Production)

AUTOCAD will be an added advantage.

Job Profile:

Work as an Operating Engineer in Factory

Follow the Production plan given by seniors

Operate the Machine & perform setup change as per Production Plan

Working on Assembly stations

Packaging of the finished product

Follow the Safety norms

Follow the standard work instructions

Achieve the 90% efficiency

Machine or assembly area 5'S on daily basis

Active participation in Shop floor Improvement projects

Active participation in Kaizen

Multiskilling

Zero rejection in Production

Zero customer complaint
