Are you passionate about blending technology with business processes to drive impactful digital transformation We're looking for a skilled Digitalization & Process Governance Business Analyst to lead our digitalization projects, manage process setups, and drive governance initiatives.
This techno-functional role involves being a Super Admin for platforms like Coupa and Icertis, ensuring effective process governance and offering strong stakeholder support. If you have a procurement or supply chain background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a love for technology and process improvement, we want to hear from you!
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Lead digitalization projects, set up processes, and create governance frameworks.
Platform Administration: Act as a Super user for platforms like Coupa and Icertis, ensuring platform optimization and troubleshooting. Collaborate with business, IT, and vendors for query resolution, change management, and adoption.
Sourcing Excellence: Serve as the center of excellence for tools like Coupa, Icertis, and other internal solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, aligning objectives and providing training on processes and tools.
Techno-Functional Support: Bridge the gap between business and technical teams to ensure tools align with business needs.
Task Management: Track and close all assigned tasks and action items efficiently.
RequirementsExperience: 4-8 years in project management, process setup, and governance.
Skills: Proficiency in Coupa, Icertis, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred: Background in procurement or supply chain, adaptable with a fast-learning mindset.
