Digital Twin Consultant

Position Summary:

As a Unified Engineering Digital Twin Consultant/Architect, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital twin solutions that enable our clients to optimize their processes, predict outcomes, and make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts, to design and deploy digital twin models for various industries and applications. Your expertise in digital twin technology will play a crucial role in enhancing our company's portfolio and solidifying our position as a leader in the digital transformation space.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their specific business needs and requirements for digital twin implementations.

Design, develop, and deploy digital twin models using AVEVA Engineering solutions that accurately represent real-world systems and processes, using data integration methods.

Work closely with the EPC & Inhouse design team & Planning team to integrate 3D models, Construction work schedule to create digital twin deliverables for enhanced project monitoring & tracking purpose.

Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of digital twin solutions, and lead efforts to continuously improve and optimize their performance.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital twin technology, and proactively identify opportunities to apply emerging techniques and methodologies to our projects.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the organization.

Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support pre-sales activities, including conducting technical presentations and workshops for potential clients.

Responsible for End-to-End Digital Twin project execution.

Should be able to travel to KSA as per project requirement.

Technical & Other Skills Sets:

Should possess strong presentation & client management skills.

In-depth knowledge of digital twin technologies, simulation methodologies, and data integration techniques.

Proficiency in Bentley Synchro, AVEVA ERM, PRIMAVERA, MSP, Navisworks, Power-BI softwares.

Hands on exp on AVEVA E3D, AVEVA PID, AVEVA DIAGRAMS, AVEVA NET, AVEVA AIM, AVEVA ENGAGE similar exp on Hexagon platform like SP3D and

Knowledge of 3D modeling software from OEMs like AVEVA, Hexagon, Autodesk, Bentley etc.

Strong expertise in Dashboard & Report creation as per the requirements of the client.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications and Experiences:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical/ chemical / Instrumentation Engineering,

Proven experience (6-7 years) in designing, developing, and deploying digital twin solutions & deliverables (4D/5D/6D) for diverse industries such as Oil and Gas, Construction, Infrastructure.
