The Digital Twin Architect plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining digital twin solutions that replicate physical assets in a virtual environment. This role is essential in leveraging the power of digital twins to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and predictive analytics within the organization. The Digital Twin Architect works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of digital twin technology across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of digital twin solutions for complex assets and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define digital twin use cases.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and requirements for digital twin implementations in the Oil & Gas domain.
- Design, develop, and deploy digital twin models using AVEVA Engineering solutions that accurately represent real-world systems and processes, using data integration methods.
- Work closely with the EPC & Inhouse design team & Planning team to integrate 3D models and construction work schedule to create digital twin deliverables for enhanced project monitoring & tracking purposes.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of digital twin solutions, and lead efforts to improve and optimize their performance continuously.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital twin technology, and proactively identify opportunities to apply emerging techniques and methodologies to our projects.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the organization.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support pre-sales activities, including conducting technical presentations and workshops for potential clients.
- Responsible for End-to-End Digital Twin project execution.
- Should be able to travel to KSA as per project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/ Chemical / Instrumentation Engineering,
- Proven experience (6-7 years) in designing, developing, and deploying digital twin solutions & deliverables (4D/5D/6D) for diverse industries such as Oil and Gas, Construction, and Infrastructure.
- Should possess strong presentation & client management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital twin technologies, simulation methodologies, and data integration techniques.
- Proficiency in Bentley Synchro, AVEVA ERM, PRIMAVERA, MSP, Navisworks, and Power BI software.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software from OEMs like AVEVA, Hexagon, Autodesk, Bentley etc.
- Strong expertise in Dashboard & Report creation as per the client's requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
