Role - Digital Training Manager - Learning & Development
Location - Mumbai (No Remote/ No Hybrid)

Responsible for managing digital learning platforms to ensure accessible, effective training for employees, and analyzing data to support learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Training Strategy Execution (20%): Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver digital solutions. Focus on e-learning topics aligned with organizational goals.
KPI: Digital learning module adoption rate.
Digital Learning Administration (20%): Address user queries, resolve access issues, and monitor system performance.
KPI: Reduced user issues related to LMS.
Platform Enhancement (20%): Improve system features, explore new methodologies, evaluate vendors, and automate processes to enhance user experience and increase adoption.
KPIs: Platform feedback scores, project delivery quality.
Training Data Analytics (20%): Analyze and report training data trends, support data-driven decisions, and identify improvement areas.
KPI: Improved training effectiveness and engagement.
Functional & Operational Management (20%): Manage logistics, vendor relationships, agreements, and provide regular reporting on platform adoption.
KPI: Timely task delivery.
Qualifications:
Graduate in a technical field.
2+ years in Training, including 1+ year in digital learning.
Preferably familiar with the General Insurance industry. (Not Mandatory)
