As a Digital Strategist at Talrop, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digitalstrategies to achieve organisational goals and enhance online presence. You will collaboratewith various teams to analyse market trends, identify target audiences, and devise innovativedigital campaigns. Your role will involve leveraging digital platforms, such as social media, websites, and email, to optimize brand visibility, engagement and conversion rates.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive traffic,engagement and conversions across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to websites, social media, email, search engines and mobile apps.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform strategy developmentand optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, productdevelopment and creative to align digital initiatives with overall business goals andobjectives. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (eg,Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximise ROI.
Utilise web analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track andmeasure performance metrics, analyse user behaviour, and identify opportunities forimprovement. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increasewebsite traffic and enhance online visibility.
Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives related to digital marketing and providestrategic guidance and support to internal teams.
Skills required :
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and technologies, includingSEM, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as experiencewith advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, andLinkedIn Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and makedata-driven decisions to optimise performance and drive results. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Digital Strategist, Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
