Qualifications
BE / ME in Chemical Engineering
Experience
- Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in identifying and implementation of digitization solutions for overall process / system improvements
- Project Management
- Deep understanding of processes / systems re enegineering to gain maximum advantages from productivity / mechanization / process automation initiatives
- HAZOP / Risk Analysis / Permitting systems / Regulations
- Productivity improvements
- Time and Motion studies
- A deep understanding of Digitization and overall advantages that can be accrued from inter / intra organizational digitization initiatives involving external stakeholders too.

Job Profile
- Will be leading the site level Digitization initiatives, work with PWC / other consultants to identify / develop / implement new digitization ideas / processes to continuously improve the overall processes within / without the organization.
- Process automation improvements to gain benefits of quality / efficiency / safety and productivity improvements
- Coordination with all stakeholders for smooth implementation of approved projects
- Budget and resource management of all projects
- Introduction of AI into specified areas for improvements / standardization of processes
