Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Digital & Social Media Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Shopify, Meta, and Google. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies to drive online engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
- Ad Account Management: Oversee and optimize ad accounts on Meta and Google, including campaign setup, monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Shopify Management: Handle the Shopify store setup, management, and optimization to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms.
- SEO and SEM: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and conduct SEM campaigns for targeted outreach.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring a good return on investment for all campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing Shopify, Meta, and Google ad accounts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with email marketing and automation tools.
