What's this role about
Senior IAM Consultant is a critical role responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective management of user identities and access permissions for the IAM clients using the Okta Identity Management platform. This senior-level position involves developing strategies for integration and automation and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
Here's How You'll Contribute
You'll do this by:
- Okta Identity Management platform
Core Skills
- Experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise-level IAM solutions using Okta but not limited to an Okta environment.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Okta authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA solutions.
- Implement Integrating Business sso applications with Okta using Open ID connect, SAML, OAuth.
- Knowledge of API integration with Okta for authentication.
- Implementing automated provisioning of end-point by using custom provisioning flows, SCIM or JIT capabilities.
- knowledge and experience configuring Okta policies for global session, authentication, and authenticator enrolment.
- Set up org2org and SCIM configuration in OKTA.
- Working experience implementing Okta workflows.
- Experience with Okta agents including Active Directory, LDAP, and RADIUS.
- Work across functions to improve IAM solutions to enhance compliance requirements and best practices
- Drive identity governance initiatives and enhance role-based access control (RBAC) models.
- Supporting and resolving Okta related incidents, requests, and changes.
- Strong understanding of AD and LDAP .
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and configurations.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders regarding identity management processes.
- Monitor and report on system performance, usage, and security issues.
- Have programming experience, PowerShell , Python.
- Good to have: Okta certification.

- Familiarity with SailPoint, CyberArk
