  • We are looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Sales Executive with a proven track record in Digital Marketing agency. The ideal candidate will bring 0-4 years of successful Business Development experience in a digital marketing agency.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of digital platforms, a creative mind set, analytical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate within a fast-paced agency setting.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Identifying potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Qualifying leads based on criteria such as budget, needs, and fit with the agency's services.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of leads for ongoing sales efforts.
  • Meta Ads Management:
  • Creating and managing campaigns on meta platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven adjustments for improvement.
  • Google Ads Management:
  • Setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video networks.
  • Conducting keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
  • Monitoring ad spend and ROI metrics, adjusting bids and targeting as needed.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Communicating with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and feedback.
  • Presenting campaign performance reports and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as creative, content, and analytics to deliver exceptional

results for clients.

  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Developing sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new advertising platforms.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generating regular reports on key metrics such as lead conversion rates, ad performance, and ROI.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Using insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies for better results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 3-4-year(s) experience in Lead Generation
  • Good presentation skill
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in using CRM
  • Strong project and time management skills
