We are looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Sales Executive with a proven track record in Digital Marketing agency. The ideal candidate will bring 0-4 years of successful Business Development experience in a digital marketing agency.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital platforms, a creative mind set, analytical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate within a fast-paced agency setting.
Lead Generation:
Identifying potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
Qualifying leads based on criteria such as budget, needs, and fit with the agency's services.
Building and maintaining a pipeline of leads for ongoing sales efforts.
Meta Ads Management:
Creating and managing campaigns on meta platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven adjustments for improvement.
Google Ads Management:
Setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video networks.
Conducting keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
Monitoring ad spend and ROI metrics, adjusting bids and targeting as needed.
Client Relationship Management:
Communicating with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and feedback.
Presenting campaign performance reports and recommendations to clients.
Collaborating with internal teams such as creative, content, and analytics to deliver exceptional
results for clients.
Sales Strategy Development:
Developing sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new advertising platforms.
Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generating regular reports on key metrics such as lead conversion rates, ad performance, and ROI.
Analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Using insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies for better results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
3-4-year(s) experience in Lead Generation
Good presentation skill
Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
Experience with research and maintaining databases
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
