POST: Digital & Research Intern

ABOUT US

Boost India is a boutique audience acquisition and growth strategy firm. Founded in 2018, we work with the purpose of enabling start-ups and SMEs overcome barriers to scale and achieve greater impact with their strategic and marketing initiatives. The current position is to support mandates in Education, & Healthcare verticals. The founding team comprises ISB, XLRI alumni, a serial entrepreneur (with successful exits) and ex senior management from global leading corporations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grow Social Media Assets: Help create and grow social media assets, including test new social media features and engagement tactics. Publish compelling social content to drive engagement, brand awareness, traffic and conversion
• Analyse Complex Problems: Break down ambiguous problems to find clear solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Competitive Analysis: Study similar organisations, compare their digital performance, and find growth opportunities.
• Consumer Insights: Gather and analyse market research data for consumer insights.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work well with our diverse team and client representatives to find the best solutions and inspire action.

SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS required:

• Bachelor's degree in any field with demonstration of academic achievement.
• Tech-savvy
• Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate Google and Microsoft suite knowledge: Excel, Google Forms, etc.
• Keen learner, self starter with high integrity
• High commitment & responsibility
• Detail-oriented with organisational skills
• Can-do attitude
