Job Overview:
The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of digital projects from concept to delivery. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, and content), ensuring that digital solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the companys strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and drive digital initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of digital project execution, including scope definition, timeline management, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients, providing updates on project progress and handling feedback.
- Team Coordination: Work with designers, developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
- Budget Management: Track project budgets and ensure that all initiatives are completed within financial constraints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all digital deliverables meet the companys quality standards and are optimized for user experience (UX) and functionality.
- Reporting: Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting project milestones, risks, and opportunities.
- Technology Optimization: Stay updated on the latest digital tools, platforms, and industry trends to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital project management, preferably in web development, digital marketing, or IT.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies (e.g., web development, mobile apps, content management systems).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Proven track record of delivering digital projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital analytics, and online marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Nice to Have:
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
