- As a Digital Project Manager, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the seamless execution of digital initiatives, ensuring their timely delivery while nurturing strong client relationships. This pivotal role requires a strategic mind adept at navigating complex projects, with a relentless commitment to surpassing client expectations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Spearhead the management of multiple digital projects from inception to fruition, meticulously adhering to schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks. Offer strategic direction to project teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal project stakeholders.
- Client Engagement: Foster and sustain robust client partnerships through regular communication, deep comprehension of client needs, and unwavering dedication to client satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities to expand services and enrich client collaborations. Address client inquiries, feedback, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their business objectives and align project objectives accordingly. Develop comprehensive project plans, scopes, and budgets in partnership with clients and internal teams. Offer strategic insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes and elevate client contentment.
- Team Synergy: Cultivate seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams (Internal and external), including designers, developers, and digital marketers, to ensure flawless project execution. Foster a culture of positivity, creativity, and excellence within the team.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project pitfalls and devise proactive strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans transparently to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee rigorous quality assurance protocols to guarantee all deliverables meet or surpass client expectations. Conduct comprehensive project reviews to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Project Manager within a digital agency context.
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing, web development, and creative design processes.
- Exceptional client-facing and communication abilities, coupled with a knack for nurturing enduring client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership prowess, with a talent for inspiring and guiding project teams.
- Impeccable organizational acumen, keen attention to detail, and adeptness in task prioritization.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and adeptness in adapting to evolving priorities and client requisites.
- Previous experience in project management or digital marketing roles is advantageous.
- Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) is desirable, though not mandatory.
- Experience: 7+ years (Experience in a Digital Agency setting is preferred)
