About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Manager.
In this role, you will:
Manage a team of individuals for Digital Product Management job family, Product Owners, Product Analyst, Delivery Coordinator etc.
Manage and develop teams of individual contributors to enhance business management decisions and execute on key initiatives and processes
Consultation, direction and oversight to technology and Scrum team partners to ensure standards and critical path deliverables are met to support the Marketing applications
Interaction with Agile teams across the program mitigate risks involved with implementing large amount of change at the same time
Identification and assistance in the resolution of cross project interdependencies and issues
Guide the team to think beyond regular deliverables, create more value-added work for partners and showcase capabilities via POCs, Value Stories and other similar platforms.
Interact directly with Internal customers
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
15+ years of leadership experience that includes progressively increased responsibilities
12+ years of Product Management experience
Good understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices for product management
Strong people leader with proven experience building, leading, and engaging high-performing, diverse global teams
Solid knowledge and understanding of Marketing Technologies like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Aprimo etc.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization, developing partnerships across lines of business and functional areas
Demonstrated product roadmap development and evolution competencies
Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to partner with Technology to define and deliver solutions
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Ability to work effectively in a global team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
