We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Offer Management Specialist to lead the development and execution of our bank-wide offer management strategy. This role will focus on creating personalized offers that resonate with our customers, enhancing user experience (UX), and collaborating with product teams to deliver the best financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Offer Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of offers across the bank, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Customer-Centric Offer Development: Design personalized offers based on customer insights, behaviour, and preferences to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Focus:Advocate for exceptional UX/UI in offer presentation, ensuring offers are visually appealing, easily accessible, and user-friendly. Identify merchandise across the platform
- Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with financial product teams to identify and create compelling offers that showcase our product capabilities and benefits.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our promotional strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of offers using key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback mechanism with customers to gather insights on offer performance and enhance future promotions.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all offers comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, effectively managing associated risks.
- Reporting and Strategy Refinement: Prepare regular reports on offer performance and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in product management focused on product pricing, offers, deals, customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Proven ability to analyze customer data and behavior to create targeted and effective offers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to financial promotions is a plus.
