Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Product Lead and Team Lead to join our Innovation & Digital Transformation (IDT) team in Chennai, India. If you are a passionate leader with 5-10 years of proven experience in managing people and delivering successful software and IT development projects, we invite you to bring your expertise to Ramboll. Drive growth and excellence within the IDT team by leading a diverse and high-performing development team across multiple offices and geographies. Your new role
As the Team Lead for the IDT team, you will be integral to the strategic execution of software development and IT projects, often serving as the bridge between technical teams and executive stakeholders. Your role will encompass both team leadership and hands-on involvement in project work, requiring a balance of management skills and technical acumen.
Qualifications
About you

- A master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with a preference for qualifications in software development or IT.
- 5-10 years of leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to manage, mentor, and grow teams within software and IT project environments.
- Proven experience with DevOps and Agile processes.
- Proven experience with Source Code Management systems.
- Proven track record in delivering complex software development and IT projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and geographies.
