About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance-based marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI across all channels.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other key elements to improve campaign performance.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.
Ad Copy and Creative: Develop and oversee the creation of compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising.
Customer Journey: Understand and optimize the customer journey from awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless user experience.
