Job Overview
As our Digital Operations Executive, youll be the maestro behind the scenes, orchestrating the online presence for TEDxGateway and EDGE. In this role, you ll not only oversee and optimize high-impact digital assets but also drive innovative strategies that amplify our online presence. What youll do:
Oversee Digital Assets and Campaigns: Skilfully manage digital assets for TEDxGateway and EDGE, including websites, Google ads, online ads, and paid ads, ensuring effective online presence and targeted outreach.
Optimize Ad Campaigns: Drive high conversions and measurable results by optimizing ad campaigns and leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent brand representation across all digital platforms, including TEDxGateway and EDGE, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Manage Email Campaigns: Take ownership of email campaigns and mailers, from creation to deployment, collaborating with marketing and creative teams to drive engagement and conversions.
Website Management: Oversee the editing, maintenance, and optimization of websites for TEDxGateway and EDGE, ensuring seamless user experiences and peak performance.
Backend Operations: Manage web servers and backend operations, implementing best practices to enhance website functionality, security, and performance.
Collaborate with Teams: Partner with IT, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure coordinated efforts and effective implementation of digital strategies.
Develop Digital Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital strategies to drive growth and engagement for TEDxGateway and EDGE.
Stay Updated on Trends: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and technologies, applying new insights to enhance digital operations and strategies.
Conduct Platform Audits: Perform regular audits of digital platforms to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through digital channels, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
Analyze Performance: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital asset and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies.
What we seek:
- A Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience in digital marketing, advertising, or operations, ideally within events or media-related industries.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing digital operations and advertising campaigns, preferably for high-profile or high-volume digital platforms.
- Expertise in email marketing and proficiency in managing mailers, with a deep understanding of segmentation, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with website management, backend operations, and a solid grasp of content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Highly tech-savvy, with an in-depth understanding of digital marketing tools, ad platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all digital assets for TEDxGateway and EDGE are accurate, on-brand, and optimized for maximum impact.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while delivering top-notch digital solutions.
