Job description

Studio Naadi is looking to hire a Digital Media Designer to be part of our marketing team to increase our brand presence on our online media channels and drive creative campaign ideas.

Roles and Responsibilities

Create engaging and visually appealing content for digital media platforms

Develop pages, posts, and creative content to appeal to the target audience

Brainstorm ideas for content with architecture and interior design team to create graphics, visuals, and videos to accompany them

Collaborate with Marketing Manager and other professionals to develop campaigns on social platforms

Establish and implement strategies for driving and increasing online traffic

Measure and monitor key performance indicators

Conduct social media research to gather ideas and understand the audience's needs

Monitor and optimize the company's website and social media pages

Maintain editorial calendars and schedule posts to increase visibility

Ensure online content complies with Studio Naadi's image and standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or a similar field

Freshers can apply

Work experience in similar positions is valued (Graphic Designer, Social Media Assistant, etc

Experience creating posts, visuals, and videos for social media

Understanding of social media principles and concepts

Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc

Exceptional design and creative skills

Excellent communication and teamwork

Organization and time management

Detail-oriented
