Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for teaching and mentoring others. This role involves delivering high-quality training sessions, creating comprehensive training materials, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Training Delivery:- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on various digital marketing topics such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, web analytics, and more.
Adapt training methods and materials to meet the needs of different learning styles and experience levels.Curriculum Development:
Develop, update, and improve digital marketing training programs and materials.
- Create practical exercises, case studies, and assessments to enhance the learning experience.
Assessment and Evaluation:
- Assess trainees knowledge and skills through exams, quizzes, and practical assignments.
Provide constructive feedback and support to help trainees improve their digital marketing skills.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.- Incorporate the latest best practices and trends into the training programs.
Mentoring and Support:- Offer one-on-one mentoring and support to trainees as needed.
Assist trainees in developing their digital marketing portfolios and projects.Collaboration:
Work closely with the training team to ensure consistency and quality across all training programs.
- Collaborate with industry professionals to bring real-world insights into the classroom.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of [1] years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proven experience in a training or teaching role, preferably in digital marketing.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, etc.).
