Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to educate students on various aspects of digital marketing strategies and tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing techniques and a passion for teaching and mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials for digital marketing topics such as SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Update training content regularly to keep pace with industry trends and best practices.
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, webinars, and seminars both in-person and virtually.
- Customize training sessions based on the audience's skill level and learning objectives.
- Participant Engagement:
- Foster a positive learning environment where participants can actively engage in discussions, ask questions, and receive constructive feedback.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to participants as needed.
- Evaluation and Feedback:
- Assess participants understanding of the material through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Collect feedback from participants to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other trainers, subject matter experts, and department heads to align training programs with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with HR and management to identify training needs and develop learning paths for employees.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs or workshops.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance metrics.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing (e.g., DMA, HubSpot, Hootsuite) are advantageous.
