Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive / Team Lead to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content marketing, social media management, email marketing, SEO, and internal content creation, particularly in the IT services, recruitment, or product marketing industries. This role is focused on driving brand engagement, building compelling marketing collateral, and developing content strategies across digital platforms. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product and service marketing goals, while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Marketing: Lead the strategy and development of content for digital channels, including blogs, websites, newsletters, and marketing collaterals, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for SEO.
Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media strategy, managing the presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others. Plan, create, and schedule posts to increase engagement and build the brand's online community.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote company services and products. Ensure personalization, segmentation, and proper follow-up to enhance customer engagement.
SEO Strategy & Implementation: Work with the web team to optimize content for search engines. Stay updated with SEO best practices and ensure that all digital content is aligned to improve organic visibility and search engine rankings.
Product & Service Marketing: Collaborate closely with product and service teams to craft compelling digital content that highlights key features, benefits, and differentiators for various offerings. Align marketing content with product launches and service updates.
Internal Collaterals & Branding: Create and manage internal marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers for different teams and stakeholders, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and service teams to ensure that marketing strategies and collateral support business objectives. Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and product/service positioning.
Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills in content creation, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of social media, content marketing, and email campaigns. Provide insights and suggestions for optimization based on data.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of proven digital marketing experience, with a focus on content marketing, social media, SEO, and email marketing.
Expertise in content creation: Ability to craft high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience and is aligned with business objectives.
Proficiency in SEO best practices: Experience in optimizing content for search engines and improving organic traffic.
Hands-on experience with social media management: Proven ability to build and engage with an online audience across social platforms.
Strong email marketing skills: Ability to develop targeted email campaigns, manage email lists, and use marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into creative digital strategies.
Up-to-date with the latest trends in content marketing, SEO, and digital media.
Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other content and SEO management platforms.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working within IT services, recruitment firms, or product marketing sectors.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS product marketing.
Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or related fields are a plus.
