We are looking for an experienced professional to drive our trade marketing strategies and digital communications, focusing on B2B channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive trade marketing initiatives and digital communication strategies tailored for B2B audiences at THRS.
- Develop and execute end-to-end plans for digital B2B communications, including email campaigns, WhatsApp broadcasts, and personalised content creation for travel agents.
- Analyse data and insights to optimise digital marketing activities aimed at trade partners, ensuring maximum engagement and ROI.
- Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement among travel agents and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in B2B digital marketing to drive innovation and effectiveness in trade marketing campaigns.
- Provide strategic guidance on content development and distribution channels to effectively reach and engage trade partners.
- Establish performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and optimise future strategies.
Position Requisites:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing (B2B marketing preferred) and digital communications, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and content personalisation for B2B audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp analytics) to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Proven track record of managing successful trade marketing campaigns and driving business growth through digital channels.
