Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising online marketing campaigns to drive growth in brand awareness, traffic, and conversions for Our clients. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, a deep understanding of digital advertising channels, and a passion for maximising ROI on advertising spend. This role requires someone who is proactive, analytical, and skilled in managing multiple performance marketing channels to enhance our digital presence and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon Advertising, and others to drive engagement and conversions.
- Data Analysis and Optimisation: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS) and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve performance and achieve KPIs.
- Content Coordination: Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure that advertising materials align with brand messaging and are optimised for each channel.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B and multivariate tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaigns to understand user behaviour and improve conversion rates.
- SEO & SEM Management: Support SEO initiatives and manage SEM campaigns to improve search visibility, ensuring optimised ad copy, keywords, and bid strategies.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies, and use insights to inform campaign strategies and opportunities.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage advertising budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment and cost-effective spending.
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Define and refine audience segments for targeted ad campaigns, utilising retargeting and lookalike audiences to reach and engage ideal customer profiles.
- Performance Reporting: Generate and present reports on the success of campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role with a proven track record in managing successful digital campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising, Google Analytics, and other performance marketing tools. Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with CMS platforms is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis is preferred.
- Creativity and Attention to Detail: Creative thinker with a high level of attention to detail, especially in copywriting, design aesthetics, and user experience.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing marketing dynamics and industry trends.
Preferred:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- E-commerce Experience: Previous experience in the e-commerce or toy industry is a strong advantage.
- Certifications: Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar certificationsareaplus.
