- - Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns tailored to specific properties, target demographics, and marketing objectives.
- - Utilize platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and email marketing to maximize reach and engagement.
- 2. Content Creation and Optimization:
- - Create compelling content including property listings, blog posts, videos, and infographics to showcase our properties and expertise.
- - Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our website.
- 3. Social Media Management:
- - Manage and grow our social media presence across relevant platforms, including creating content calendars, posting regularly, and engaging with followers.
- - Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with the community.
- - Collaborate with the web development team to ensure our website is optimized for user experience and lead generation.
- - Regularly update property listings, blog content, and other relevant information to keep the website current and engaging.
- 5. Analytics and Reporting:
- - Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
