Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SMO strategies to enhance the companys online presence and drive traffic to the website.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored to each social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions to build a loyal and engaged community.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and generate insightful reports.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and platform algorithm changes to ensure our strategies remain effective and innovative.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
