Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. This role requires a dynamic professional to oversee all facets of digital marketing (excluding media creation). The ideal candidate will drive our brand's growth through strategic planning, research, content, and ad management, with a strong focus on client communication and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and Development (R&D):
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools and best practices.
2. Ad Management and Content Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Meta.
Manage ad content, including ad copy and targeting options, to align with campaign goals and brand voice.
Oversee budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
3. Ad Content Development:
Develop ad copy and visual guidelines for campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the content team to align ads with broader content strategies and seasonal themes.
4. Client Communication:
Act as the primary contact for clients on campaign updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
Provide regular reports and presentations to clients on key metrics, with actionable insights for improvement.
5. Strategy Development and Brainstorming:
Collaborate with the team to create data-driven digital marketing strategies.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate new approaches for ad content, audience engagement, and lead generation.
6. Content Generation (excluding media creation):
Develop, schedule, and manage content for digital channels (blogs, social media, etc.), ensuring consistency in messaging.
Align all content with brand objectives and ensure it resonates with target audiences.
7. Reporting and Analytics:
Track campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Generate regular reports to assess KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in ad and content management.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta for Business, and analytics tools.
Strong communication skills, with experience in client relationship management.
Analytical mindset, with a keen eye for data interpretation and actionable insights.
