Key Responsibilities:You will be a part of the Delivery team as a critical contributor, helping to address/improve a wide variety of challenges and processes that make the engine of this organization hum. As an e-commerce Marketing Specialist on the team, you will be working with internal and external stakeholders with a high level of ownership on your deliverables employing a client-first approach; you will be responsible for ensuring a positive client and end-user experience for your accounts. Youll be working in Asana, Google Sheets/Excel, and Google Slides/Powerpoint daily, and talking frequently with stakeholders in Client Success, Business Development, and Technical to help serve client needs and build future-state products and systems.
Areas of responsibility include:- Create and implement performance marketing strategies for your clients on Meta and Google.
- Coordinate within our internal team to keep projects moving forward and execute your strategies
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads etc
- Analyze data to optimize strategies and improve performance marketing
Heres a typical week for an e-Commerce Marketing Specialist:- 50% Performance Marketing Strategy & Implementations
- 30% Project Management
- 10% Client Meetings
- 10% Reports and Admin

Required Skills and Experience:- 1-year experience in e-commerce, social media marketing, and performance marketing. Freshers with a passion for e-commerce marketing are highly encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a knack for strategic thinking are essential.
- Youll be expected to juggle your work schedule along with the schedules of clients operating across many different time zones.
- Exceptional listener and trust-builder; able to build and maintain strong and deep relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Obsessive about helping enterprise clients generate meaningful business value from technology products and services.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and derive actionable insights.
Compensation:Starting compensation for this position is 8 to 12 LPA or commensurate with experience, and expected value to the company.
