EXPERIENCE

Duties you'll be entrusted with:

Technical SEO Skills:

  • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify issues affecting website performance and search engine rankings.
  • Optimise website structure, including URL structure, sitemaps, and site architecture for better crawlability and indexing.
  • Ensure proper implementation of structured data (Schema Markup) to enhance search visibility.
  • Improve site speed, mobile usability, and overall site performance using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, and Lighthouse.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to crawl errors, broken links, and 404 errors.
  • Manage and optimise robots.txt files and XML sitemaps to ensure proper search engine indexing.
  • Conduct regular website checks to identify and fix any canonicalization issues, duplicate content, and redirects.
  • Optimise on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, and alt attributes to align with SEO best practices.

On-Page SEO Skills:

  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and integrate them effectively into content.
  • Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, and header tags (H1, H2, H3) to enhance relevance and search visibility.
  • Ensure content quality and relevance by creating and updating high-value, engaging, and informative content.
  • Implement internal linking strategies to improve site navigation and link equity distribution.
  • Optimize images and other media by using descriptive, keyword-rich filenames and alt attributes.
  • Ensure proper use of schema markup to enhance rich snippets and improve search visibility.
  • Analyse on-page SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to guide optimization efforts.

Off-Page SEO Skills:

  • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to enhance website authority and search engine rankings.
  • Build and manage high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building techniques, such as guest blogging, influencer outreach, and partnerships.
  • Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the link-building strategy.
  • Monitor and analyse off-page SEO performance using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Create and manage content marketing campaigns that encourage natural backlinks and drive traffic from external sources.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and partnerships with relevant websites, blogs, and forums.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to adapt off-page SEO strategies as needed.

Digital Marketing Skills:

PPC and Paid Social Campaigns:

  • Develop and manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines to drive targeted traffic and achieve conversion goals.
  • Create and optimise ad copy, landing pages, and keyword targeting to maximise ROI and improve ad performance.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse PPC campaign performance metrics, such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost-Per-Click), and conversion rates, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Create compelling ad creatives and copy tailored to target audiences and platform-specific best practices.
  • Implement and monitor audience targeting strategies, including demographic, interest-based, and behavioural targeting, to optimise ad reach and effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad variations to determine the most effective messaging, visuals, and formats.

Content Marketing Skills:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and SEO objectives.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content, including website content, Social Media, blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, and eBooks, that resonates with the target audience.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand audience needs, preferences, and pain points, ensuring content is tailored to meet those requirements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce authoritative and insightful content that establishes thought leadership.
  • Optimise content for search engines by incorporating targeted keywords and following best practices for on-page SEO.

Social Media Management Skills:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and SEO goals.
  • Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
  • Skills in Social Media Handling along with making short clips, videos , hands on experience in various design tools like Canva , Figma ,video editing making etc
  • Implement strategies to increase social media followers, improve engagement, and drive traffic to the website.
  • Collaborate with content creators to amplify brand presence and drive meaningful interactions.
  • Analyse and report on social media metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.
