Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure achievement of ROI and other KPIs.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating engaging content and ensuring timely posting.
- Design and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing creatives, ad copies, and strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to optimize visuals, ad copies, and landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in performance marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize campaign impact.
- Generate detailed reports and insights on campaign performance and social media analytics.
Requirements:
- Mandatory:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and social media analytics.
- Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging social media content.
- Good to Have:
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
