Job Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about digital marketing and can take ownership of our SEO, website management, social media strategy, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices and will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving traffic to our website, and engaging our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Management: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website. Perform ongoing keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits.
- Website Management: Oversee website content, functionality, and performance. Ensure the website is optimized for conversions, user experience, and SEO.
- Social Media Management: Create, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to engage and grow our audience.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging content for our website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
- Digital Advertising: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid search (PPC), display ads, and social media advertising, to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators(KPIs) such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Support, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, website management, and social media.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz), and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
