Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the digital marketing strategies of the organization. You will play a crucial role in driving the company's online presence, brand awareness, and customer engagement through various digital channels. Your primary objective will be to optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase conversions, and enhance overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Manage and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Plan and oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
  4. Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive performance optimization.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and customer experience across all digital platforms.
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
  8. Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  9. Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws.
  10. Provide regular reports and presentations to the senior management team on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  1. Proven work experience in digital marketing, preferably
  2. In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, such as SEO, SEM, social media advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
  3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with other departments.
  5. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
  6. Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  7. Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  8. Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve targets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
