Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional knowledge of digital platforms and a background within the IT industry.
Website Management:
- Ensure the WordPress platform is always up-to-date with the latest versions and updates.
Regularly update and manage all WordPress plugins to ensure compatibility and functionality.
- Monitor and enhance website security protocols, including regular backups, security audits, and implementing necessary security measures to protect against threats.
Assist with uploading and updating content as needed to maintain a fresh and engaging website.- Monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and a seamless user experience.
Oversee and manage the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging.
- Optimise website for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Collaborate with designers and developers to improve site performance and user experience.
Develop and implement social media strategies across LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and engagement.- Create, schedule, and publish content that resonates with our target audience.
Monitor social media trends, analyse performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage social media communities.
Digital Campaigns:- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, and display advertising.
Track and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimise future campaigns.- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital channels.
Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other digital tools to track performance.- Provide detailed reports on website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Identify trends and insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a previous experience of managing websites on Wordpress and social media management.
Experience within B2B and IT will be a plus- Proficiency in Wordpress, Elementor and Zoho CRM, SEO, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
