Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing our marketing campaigns on social media platforms like Facebook. You must have experience setting up campaigns, deep diving into reports to come up with insights, optimize and scale these campaigns. You will also collaborate with other internal teams and marketing executives to develop a marketing strategy and plan. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage Advertising campaigns on Meta and Google driving positive ROAS
  • Define marketing KPIs and ensure success of Activation Programs
  • Performance Max - In-Depth understanding of the Pmax creative types, campaign structures, ROAS targets, optimizations and creative excellency strategy to drive sales at an efficient CPS and Conversion rate.
  • Monitor key campaign metrics like sessions, ROAS, CPS, CPI and prepare insightful reports.
  • Analyze Pmax campaigns short term and long term business impact via MMP platform data; analyze acquired users LTV, cohort and retention metrics.
  • Improve PMax signals continuously to improve campaign performance.
  • Understanding of YT mastheads vs bumper Ad performance; set specific goals to monitor performance.
  • Creating demand gen campaigns to increase traffic and AB test optimization to achieve business targets
  • Meta: Demonstrate strong understanding of types of Ad campaigns, optimizations, creatives & ad text formats, audiences and analytics on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Creating and analyzing Advantage+ / ASC / App Install campaigns and its post back metrics with strong understanding

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of Marketing experience in Digital Marketing
  • Exp in Wellness, FMCG, Nutrition, Cosmetics, Food or Pharma *MUST*
  • Exp in D2C product marketing, running influencer campaigns as well as having a solid understanding of eCommerce marketplaces is a big plus.
