About The Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at RetainIQ, you will be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of our dynamic catalog ad solutions. Youll work closely with e-commerce brands to understand their unique needs, develop tailored strategies, and drive the execution of compelling ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding process, conducting in-depth calls to understand their e-commerce business and build strong relationships
- Analyze clients Meta ad accounts to develop comprehensive strategies for dynamic catalog ads, documenting and presenting these strategies to internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with the design team to execute ad strategies within strict timelines, ensuring seamless project delivery
- Set up, launch, and monitor campaigns on the Meta Ads dashboard, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance and achieve client goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the improvement of internal processes and methodologies
Required Skills And Experience
- 1+ Experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on e-commerce and social media advertising. Freshers may also apply.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Skills
- Strong understanding of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising platforms and best practices
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and dynamic product ads
Salary Range
8 to 12L per annum as per profile and experience
