Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Campaign Management:
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic.
Plan, implement, and manage digital campaigns across multiple channels, such as social media, search, display, and email marketing.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including social media posts, blogs, videos, infographics, and more.
Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure high-quality and consistent content.
Social Media Management:
Manage and curate content for social media channels, scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with the online community.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content reach and engagement.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Monitor website performance using SEO tools and make recommendations for optimization.
Paid Advertising:
Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
Monitor ad performance, analyse results, and adjust targeting and budgets to meet campaign objectives.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
Effectively communicate digital marketing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (Masters degree a plus).
Proven experience as a Digital Media Specialist or similar role in digital marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media management platforms, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative digital strategies.
Experience with graphic design, video editing, and HTML/CSS is a plus.
