Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Leveraging your expertise in various digital channels and platforms, you will create and execute strategies to reach target audiences, increase website traffic, and generate leads or sales.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience demographics. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including websites, social media, blogs, and email campaigns. Develop content calendars, manage editorial schedules, and collaborate with designers and writers to produce high-quality content.
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, optimize meta tags, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).
  • Manage social media accounts and develop strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers. Create and schedule content, run paid advertising campaigns, and monitor social media analytics to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products or services, and drive conversions. Segment email lists, create compelling email content, and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize email marketing efforts.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display networks. Set campaign objectives, target specific audiences, and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media analytics platforms. Generate regular reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns based on performance data and market insights. Test different strategies, messaging, and creative elements to improve results and drive better outcomes over time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with experience in keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving measurable outcomes.
