Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Content Creation and Management

- Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms including website, social media, and email.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.

- Implement and manage search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.

- Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

-Social Media and Community Engagement:

- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.

- Engage with online community and respond to queries in a timely manner.

- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.

- Collaboration and Communication

- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure brand consistency.

- **Experience:**

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.

- Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

- **Skills:**

- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Creative thinking with the ability to think outside the box.
