Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to lead our e-commerce/Fintech marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels, including marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart, social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, and other digital strategies such as content generation and SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Marketing: Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility.
- Social Media Management: Create, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others to engage with our audience and drive conversions.
- Content Generation: Produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience and supports our brand's messaging across all digital channels.
- SEO/SEM: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our e-commerce site. Execute paid search campaigns to complement organic efforts.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive repeat purchases.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize and improve results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and creative teams to ensure all marketing activities align with the overall business strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly within the e-commerce sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and their marketing tools.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and their advertising tools.
- Experience with content creation, SEO/SEM strategies, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
