We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team for an in-office job. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in dropshipping e-commerce and at least 3-4 years of experience in running Facebook and Google ads.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google for our brand
- Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, demographics, and behavior patterns
- Create and manage Facebook and Google ad campaigns to increase website traffic, engagement, and sales
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies as needed to improve ROI and conversion rates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in advertising policies and algorithms
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and effective ad creatives
- Maintain a deep understanding of our brand and products, as well as our target audience
- Optimize the Shopify website for conversions and user experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in dropshipping e-commerce and Facebook and Google advertising
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign creation, optimization, and tracking
- Experience with the Shopify website and viral product ads
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data to make informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Salary:
The pay scale for this position will be between 4LPA - 7LPA.
Location:
The office location will be in Dwarka Sec 19.
