Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Writer at Gulmohar Health Care Private Limited in New Delhi. The Content Writer will be responsible for creating and editing web content, managing social media marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics, implementing online marketing strategies, and ensuring effective communication.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation and maximizing ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep Comoanyu at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to senior management.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Web Analytics and Online Marketing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for strategic decision-making
- Experience with content management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or Web Analytics are a plus
