As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Gsource Technologies you Key Responsibilities are :
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure budget and goals are met.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
- Create and manage advertising content, including ad copy, creative, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and ad campaigns.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in a service-based company.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns with a minimum budget of $10,000/month.
- Strong understanding of PPC strategies and techniques.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
