Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and create tailored digital campaigns to reach and engage them effectively.

Online Presence Management:

  • Manage the organization's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Oversee content creation, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, etc., to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, and schedule content for various social media platforms to foster audience engagement and increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Paid Advertising:

  • Develop and manage online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, and display networks.
  • Optimize ad campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

Email Marketing:

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, crafting compelling content, and segmenting email lists.
  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to refine email strategies.

SEO and SEM:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and optimize keyword bidding and ad copy.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaign execution and achieving business objectives.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.
