Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and creative teams to craft strategies that align with our business goals and resonate with our target audience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Campaigns: Create and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email, social media, PPC, SEO) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging, high-quality content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
SEO/SEM Optimization: Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine marketing. Conduct keyword research, implement SEO best practices, and monitor performance.
Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the company's social media presence. Develop strategies to grow our following, enhance engagement, and build brand loyalty.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights. Prepare regular reports on campaign outcomes, website traffic, and social media metrics.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring ROI is maximized.
Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
  • Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Skills:
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media platforms).
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
